StartInUP is the flagship startup support initiative by the Government of Uttar Pradesh aimed at accelerating innovation, entrepreneurship and startup growth across the state. The program provides structured financial assistance, incubation support and ecosystem enablement for startups across early and growth stages.
Atal Incubation Centre - BIMTECH, one of India's leading incubation centres, has supported 500+ startups and accelerated 100+ startups in the last 9 months through mentorship, funding access, incubation and ecosystem partnerships.

Additional Incentives
Startups founded or co-founded by women, divyangjan, transgender founders and startups based in Purvanchal or Bundelkhand regions are eligible for additional benefits, including enhanced sustenance allowance and seed capital support.
