The GENESIS program, launched by the Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY), aims to bolster India’s startup ecosystem across Tier-II and Tier-III cities. With a total outlay of INR 490 Crore over 5 years, it supports technology-driven startups through funding, incubation, mentorship, and capacity-building initiatives.
In October 2024, Atal Incubation Centre - BIMTECH was selected as an implementing agency, facilitating financial assistance of up to INR 40 Lakhs per startup through various tracks: EiR, Matching Fund, and Pilot Funding.
