The application will start from December and will be open for 1 month period.
Participants would present their business case to a rigorous screening panel of 6-8 people
Startups will undergo business transformation through 3 modules, from Product development to funding
Startups will be given special community access and Consulting support and Investment Support
Post MVP stage or advanced product stage
It must be a revenue generating Startup
Company should be a DPIIT legal registered entity as Private Limited only
Agnostic - All sectors are applicable
The program assures a binding-term sheet minimum of Rs 40 lac & above, subject to terms. Terms of investment, equity, or funding opportunities will be detailed in a separate agreement between the participant and AIC-BIMTECH. Investors onboarded for the program will be making commitments based on the evaluation.
In terms of enrollment, AIC-BIMTECH will take flat one percent (1%) equity shares* of the start-up company as a consideration for the Gurukul Programme. Terms Shall be shared with Finalists.
The terms and conditions will be clearly outlined in the separate agreement between the final participant and AIC-BIMTECH.
