Investment Terms
Terms of Investment
The program assures a binding-term sheet minimum of Rs 40 lac & above, subject to terms. Terms of investment, equity, or funding opportunities will be detailed in a separate agreement between the participant and AIC-BIMTECH. Investors onboarded for the program will be making commitments based on the evaluation.
Program Fees
In terms of enrollment, AIC-BIMTECH will take flat one percent (1%) equity shares* of the start-up company as a consideration for the Gurukul Programme. Terms Shall be shared with Finalists.
The terms and conditions will be clearly outlined in the separate agreement between the final participant and AIC-BIMTECH.

Gurukul supports startups by providing a minimum of 40 lacs of an assured term sheet from the group of partner investors, strategically allocating resources for product development, mentorship, and vital connections.
The program aims to deliver Physical + digital (phygital) learning to our incubates. The aim is to give better learning opportunities, networking, and growth. Session and bootcamp is mandatory to attend.
