Nirupam is a doctoral scholar at IIT Jodhour, pursuing her PhD in Innovation and Entrepreneurship with a focus on entrepreneurial support ecosystem. As part of her PhD research, she is also associated with Atal Incubation Centre, BIMTECH. She aspires to be a thought leader in the business incubation space. She has done her masters in Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and has a diverse skill set of human resource management, training, content creation, research and analytics.
