Greater Noida, 28th July: On Wednesday, Atal Incubation Centre- BIMTECH organized an incubator management training program for the incubators of UP. This program was sponsored by Start in UP. The program was inaugurated by Ramanan Ramanathan, Dr. Panneerselvam Ramaswamy, Rishirendra Kumar, and Vinamra Mishra. 25 incubators participated in this program across Uttar Pradesh.

Addressing the audience, Ramanan Ramanathan, Former (First) Mission Director Atal Innovation Mission, Additional Secretary at NITI Aayog, spoke about the 5 pillars of self-reliant India, where he emphasized the fact that “Innovators are going to rule in the future”.

Rishirendra Kumar IAS, Managing Director- U.P. Electronics Corporation Limited shared his experience and observations with Startups and Incubators over the last two years and mentioned that ‘UP Government is really trying to help Startups in their journey through Incubators, Collaborative Institutions and other policies”.

Dr. Panneerselvam Ramaswamy, Principal Director, MSME Technology Center (PPDC) said that the most important pillar is technologies for incubators and startups.

Vinamra Mishra, Director (Technical & Projects), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises urged the incubators to work on their sustainability as well.

Abhishek Tiwari, Associate Director, Advisor, Startup Program, Government of UP, said that the organization is supporting in every possible way to encourage and develop the startup ecosystem in UP.

Dr. Abha Rishi, CEO, Atal Incubation Centre- BIMTECH called upon the incubators to ‘come together, collaborate and synergize for startups to grow into very successful enterprises that can make India proud’.

The other speakers were Abhinav Singh Rawat, General Manager Marketing, Atal Incubation Center BIMTECH;  Ashish Khare; Founder and CEO, Mentorkart; Dr. R. Priya Nagaraj, Director Strategic Partnerships, Deshpande Startups; Golden Frankly, Deputy Director (Incubation) Deshpande Startups; and Anil Singh, AGM Operations and Administration, Atal Incubation Centre- BIMTECH, giving Insights on collaborating for success by context setting, developing the incubator strategy- critical success factors through the business model canvas and the power of regionalization to enhance access.
